# How to Apply for the Chase Amazon Prime Visa Card

## Before you apply

Make sure you have:

* An Amazon account, and an eligible Amazon Prime membership to get the Prime Visa's top rewards rate
* Your legal name, date of birth, and home address
* Your Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
* Your total annual income and monthly housing payment

## Apply through Amazon

**1. Sign in to Amazon**

Sign in to your Amazon account on the website or in the Amazon Shopping app.

**2. Find the Prime Visa offer**

Search for **Prime Visa** on Amazon, or look for the card offer at checkout or in your account's payment settings.

**3. Start the application**

Select **Apply now**. You are taken to a secure Chase application form, and some details may be pre-filled from your Amazon account.

**4. Complete and submit**

Enter or confirm your personal and financial details, review the terms, and submit your application.
