# How Do You Check Your Balance and Rewards?

> Check your TJX Rewards credit card balance, Rewards Points, and Rewards Certificates online.

You can check your TJX Rewards credit card balance and your Rewards Points from your online account.

## Check your balance and points online

**1. Go to TJX Rewards**

Open [tjxrewards.com](https://www.tjxrewards.com/online) or select **Manage My Account** on the [Synchrony TJX page](https://www.synchrony.com/partner/tjx).

**2. Sign in**

Log in with your credit card account credentials. If you don't have an online account yet, [register your card](https://tjx.syf.com/login/register) with your account number and billing ZIP code.

**3. View your account**

Your account shows your balance and your Rewards Points status. You can also view statements and pay your bill here.

## How you earn Rewards Points

| Where you shop | Rewards Points |
| - | - |
| TJX family of stores | 5 Points per \$1 |
| Gas, grocery stores, and restaurants (Platinum Mastercard only) | 2 Points per \$1 |
| Anywhere else Mastercard is accepted (Platinum Mastercard only) | 1 Point per \$1 |

When your Points reach 1,000, a Rewards Certificate is issued. Digital certificates are issued within 48 hours.

## Where to find your Rewards Certificates

* **Online account:** Sign in and open **Rewards**.
* **Email:** If you subscribe to emails from TJX Credit Services, certificates are emailed to you.
* **Brand apps and sites:** Under **Rewards** in the TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods apps, or on tjmaxx.com and marshalls.com when you link your card.
* **Mail:** If you get paper statements, certificates earned in that period are on the last page.
