TJX Rewards credit cards are issued by Synchrony Bank. You need to activate a new physical card before you can use it.

If you were just approved, you get a temporary card number that works right away for online and in-store purchases across the TJX family of stores. Your physical card arrives in 7 to 10 days.

Before you start

Have these ready:
  • Your TJX Rewards card
  • The 3-digit security code on the back of the card
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number

Activate your card

Open the activation page

Go to the TJX Rewards card activation page. You can also select Activate My Card on the Synchrony TJX page.

Enter your card details

Enter your card number, the 3-digit security code, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Submit

Submit the form. When activation is complete, your card is ready to use.

Register for online access

After activating, register your account to view statements, pay your bill, and track your Rewards Points.
  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Enter your account number and billing ZIP code.
  3. Follow the prompts to create your login.
Once registered, you can sign in at tjxrewards.com.

Where you can use your card

  • TJX Rewards Credit Card: TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, and Homesense stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, plus tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, and sierra.com.
  • TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard: All of the above, plus anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
